How to assign an iw.hub to a Map on AnyFleet ?
This Knowledge Article will describe to different cases.
- Case 1: Robot not assigned to a map (Unregistered)
- Case 2: Robot already assigned to a map (Registered. In case you want to assign the iw.hub to another map)
The description of the two cases you will find bellow.
Case 1: Robot not assigned to a map (Unregistered)
- Browse to to AnyFleet home/main page
- Under 'Devices', click on 'Unregistered'
- Select the iw.hub you want to assign the map to
- Activate the 'Maintenance Mode'
- Confirm your choice
- From the top-down list 'Assign to Map', select the name of the map newly created map
- Click on 'Drive'
- The iw.hub is now assigned to your map
- On AyFleet home page, verify the number of 'Devices on map'. This should have been incremented. (in our case 0->1)
Case 2: Robot already assigned to a map (Registered. In case you want to assign the iw.hub to another map)
- Go to AnyFleet home/main page
- Click on the map where the iw.hub is actually registered
- Click on 'Devices' in the upper menu bar
- Select the iw.hub you want to assign to the new map
- Activate the 'Maintenance Mode'
- Confirm your choice
- From the top-down list 'Assign to Map', select the name of the map newly created map
- Click on 'Drive'
- The iw.hub is now assigned to your map
- On AyFleet home page, verify the number of 'Devices on map'. This should have been incremented. (in our case 0->1)
Note:
The map has to be sent/Transferred to the iw.hub. Please refer to Knowledge Article 'How to send a map to the iw.hub ?'
