How to create a new Fleet?
To create a fleet, the following steps must be followed:
1) Open AnyFleet
2) From the AnyFleet start-page, select the right map
3) Click on 'Devices' on the upper menu bar to open the 'Device List' page .
4) Click on 'Fleet + ' to create a new Fleet
5) Give to the fleet you want to create, a name (required), a description (optional) and a tag (optional)
6) Select the robot(s) you want to assign to the newly created fleet (all robots available on the map are to be found)
7) Save by clicking on 'add fleet'
How to assign a fleet to a task?
To assign a fleet to a specific task, the following steps are to be followed:
To a new Task: (Please refer to how to create a new task ?)
1) Open AnyFleet
2) From the AnyFleet startpage, select the right map
3) On AnyFleet map page, click on 'Automation' in the upper menu bar
4) Click on 'Add new' to open the AnyFleet task creation window
5) Assign a name (required), a description ( optional) and add priority (1: highest, 5: lowest)
6) Fleet Selection:
- Select from the top-down list in the 'Fleet Selection' section the fleet you have previously created
- Click 'Next' to add instructions to your task
- Add instructions
- Click on 'Save Automation'
To an already existing Task:
1) Open AnyFleet
2) From the AnyFleet start-page, select the right map
3) On the AnyFleet map-page, click on 'Automation' in the upper menu bar
4) Select the task you want to assign the new fleet to
5) Click on 'edit'
- Fleet Selection:
- Select from the top-down listin the 'Fleet Selection' section the fleet you have previously created
- Click 'Next' to add instructions to your task
- Add instructions
- Click on 'Save Automation'
