FAQ:
- How to activate the Emergency Protocol on AnyFleet?
- Go to AnyFleet, login to the tenant and select the map:
- Click on 'Emergency mode/ Notfallmodus'
- Select the appropriate type: 'Stop' or 'Evacauation':
- Stop: This strategy will pause all robots currently in missions and cancel all charging orders (This includes devices executing a mission sent from the device page in maintenance mode).
- Evacuation:This strategy will result in stopping all currently running missions, canceling charging missions (This includes devices executing a mission sent from the device page in maintenance mode) and evacuating running devices to the nearest emergency points. If no emergency points are specified, the emergency mode stop will be activated
- Note: If the Map is in emergency all queued orders will not be dispatched to robots, AnyFleet will not dispatch new parking or charging orders as well. Only robots waiting on interaction zones like Limited capacity zones will be released.
