How to use the reset functionality?
FAQ:
- When shall the Reset function be used?
-> to cancel a single action/ instruction triggered in the maintenance mode
-> to cancel a parking/ charging step - Will the reset button cancel an 'in-progress' mission triggered with a call button or via the AnyFleet tasking page? -> Yes
- Is it possible to cancel a mission of the robot without referring to AnyFleet? -> Yes, to cancel a mission, we can long press the Red button, after 5 seconds, the blue light should disappear indicating the robot's mission has been canceled.
Working instructions :
1) Open your AnyFleet environment
2) On the AnyFleet main/ home page, click on the map to which the iw.hub is assigned
3) On the upper menu bar, click on 'Devices'
4) Select the robot you want to send a 'reset instruction' to
5) On the upper bar, click on 'reset device'
6) Confirm your choice
Note:
- The active mission on the robot is now canceled.
- If Maintenance Mode is on, it will stay stationary
- It Maintenance Mode is off, the iw.hub will drive to the Charging Station/ Parking if there are no queued missions. Otherwise it will execute the first mission in the queue.
